HIGHLIGHTS: Former Patriots tight end AARON HERNANDEZ is now a suspect in a drive-by shooting last year that left two people dead. Witnesses say that hours before the shooting, Hernandez got into an altercation in a nightclub involving the two victims. In related news, Hernandez was denied bail yesterday, and a second suspect was arrested in connection with last week's murder of Odin Lloyd.
HIGHLIGHTS: It wasn't such a good day for PAULA DEEN. She was dropped by Target, Novo Nordisk, Home Depot, Wal-Mart and QVC.
HIGHLIGHTS: According to ABC News, the new health fad is to get a vitamin IV drip on your lunch break. It's essentially like mainlining a multivitamin pill, and apparently gives you a huge boost of energy. Multivitamins are still the CHEAPER option though. One IV session costs anywhere from $130 to $275.
HIGHLIGHTS: ERIC CHURCH drinks the "real thing" when he performs his song "Jack Daniels" in concert. And we're not talking Coca-Cola. He says, "I don't think I can sing "Jack Daniels" to them and be drinking milk or water. It has to be Jack in that cup."
HIGHLIGHTS: DAVID NAIL has been sporting a new hairstyle that is close-cropped on the sides and super floppy on top. He chose it because it's easy to care for . . . but he had no idea it would get such a strong reaction from people. He says, quote, "Everybody either loves it or hates it. There's nobody in between."
Have a great weekend!
