A Mom Has Her Son Arrested for Eating Her Pop-Tarts
HIGHLIGHTS: In North Carolina, a 37-year-old woman just had her son ARRESTED for eating her Pop-Tarts. On Monday, she called the cops because he ate her Pop-Tarts without asking. He was arrested for one misdemeanor count of larceny, which will be handled in juvenile court.
McDonald's Has Released One of Its Highest-Calorie Items Ever . . . a Huge Bucket of Fries . . . But Only In Japan
HIGHLIGHTS: In Japan, McDonald's just unveiled one of its highest-calorie items EVER . . . which is basically a BUCKET OF FRIES. It's called the Mega Potato, and it's about three-quarters of a POUND of French fries, or about twice the size of the standard large fries. It's 1,142 calories and costs $5.
Miranda Lambert's MuttNation Charity Is Helping with Pet Rescue Efforts in Oklahoma
HIGHLIGHTS: Oklahoma's Secretary of Agriculture asked MIRANDA LAMBERT if her charity MuttNation would help care for animals injured in Monday's tornado. Obviously, she was all over that. MuttNation is part of a team sending rescue units to the area. She said, quote, "I'm so proud that we can help even a little."
Florida Georgia Line's Song "Cruise" Has Set a "Billboard" Record
HIGHLIGHTS: FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE'S song "Cruise" has broken the record for the most weeks at Number One by a DUO in the 69-year history of "Billboard's" Hot Country Songs chart. It passed CARL BUTLER & PEARL'S song "Don't Let Me Cross Over", which spent 11 weeks at the top back in 1962.
