HIGHLIGHTS:  According to a new survey, one in five women think their husband or boyfriend is the high-maintenance one in their relationship.  Because they're more likely to throw a tantrum when they don't get what they want . . . spend more time in the bathroom getting ready . . . and constantly need to hear "I love you."

HIGHLIGHTS:  In North Carolina, a 37-year-old woman just had her son ARRESTED for eating her Pop-Tarts.  On Monday, she called the cops because he ate her Pop-Tarts without asking.  He was arrested for one misdemeanor count of larceny, which will be handled in juvenile court.

HIGHLIGHTS:  In Japan, McDonald's just unveiled one of its highest-calorie items EVER . . . which is basically a BUCKET OF FRIES.  It's called the Mega Potato, and it's about three-quarters of a POUND of French fries, or about twice the size of the standard large fries.  It's 1,142 calories and costs $5.

HIGHLIGHTS:  Oklahoma's Secretary of Agriculture asked MIRANDA LAMBERT if her charity MuttNation would help care for animals injured in Monday's tornado.  Obviously, she was all over that.  MuttNation is part of a team sending rescue units to the area.  She said, quote, "I'm so proud that we can help even a little."

HIGHLIGHTS: FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE'S song "Cruise" has broken the record for the most weeks at Number One by a DUO in the 69-year history of "Billboard's" Hot Country Songs chart.  It passed CARL BUTLER & PEARL'S song "Don't Let Me Cross Over", which spent 11 weeks at the top back in 1962.

HIGHLIGHTS:  In Minnesota, a 34-year-old man bought an abandoned house for $10,100 to remodel and flip it.  And when he busted into the walls, he found a copy of the most valuable comic book of ALL TIME . . . the 1938 comic with the first appearance of SUPERMAN.  It's worth at least $2 MILLION in mint condition, and this one's in really bad shape.  But the bidding is already over $135,000.

HIGHLIGHTS:  According to a new survey by Hotwire, most Americans have never visited some of the country's most famous landmarks.  78% have never been to the Space Needle in Seattle . . . 73% have never been to Yellowstone National Park . . . and 70% have never been to the Gateway Arch in St. Louis.  But more than HALF of us have been to the Las Vegas Strip.

HIGHLIGHTS:  Check out just a few ways the average American's life has changed in the past 50 years:  Only 3% of people can walk to work now, compared to 10% in 1960 . . . the average household watches about 67% more TV . . . 24% of young adults live with their parents, compared to 13% in 1960 . . . and men do more than twice as much housework as they did in 1965, but women still do far more.

HIGHLIGHTS:  Does a TRAMP STAMP attract guys?  A new study says YES.  Researchers in France found men were more than TWICE as likely to approach a woman with a lower back tattoo than one without.  The study also found men believe women with lower back tattoos are more likely to go out with them, more likely to have sex on the first date, and more ATTRACTIVE.
